I love your recipe, yet my edits would be, *honey, not brown sugar, less of it can be used, to keep it from being too sweet. Also, I find Colavita to be too sweet, so I prefer a more savory balsamic. Full disclosure, *we’re beekeepers, so honey is our thing!

Man am I jealous of home made honey! I try to buy local organic unprocessed honey whenever I get a chance. The taste is just so head and shoulder above that of the basic grocery store honey.
