Women have never in history had more freedom to choose their desired life path.
They can choose to slave in a cubicle for a boss they hate until they die alone and surrounded by cats, or they can choose this.
It is up to them.

Women should start having children as soon as they start menstruating. Stop sending them to college and stop pushing them to work a man made career.
First we need to stop using fiat.
The rest will fall into place.
