@Vyram Kraven we talked a few days ago on Amethyst chat about that new outbox model. Recently I spotted this page: It convicted me that this model, combined with Tor or even better with I2P should indeed be better way to do Nostr. You may be curious to read that.

What a crock of shit tor & vpn is not the answer to a problem like that. A approval system even though it is annoying is the more likely solution until something better as a system is made. This still doesn't solve the problem of operators of relays doing things without you knowing like deleting your notes. Also does snyone think about how much data & battery drainage this may eat up on lte?

IMHO on the current Internet protocol stack, Tor, I2P or something like that (but not ordinary VPN) is necessary to hide one's IP address. Regardless if we are talking about Nostr or any other service. Something like GNUNet maybe solve that in the future if completed and adopted en masse, but it is not likely.

Oj bardzo sporo i pewnie wymusić na ludziach i firmach zmianę przepisami, w co już absolutnie nie wierzę.
