I totally agree! My life changed when I started to focus on the now.
Feeling miserable and sad is addictive. I spent years dealing with it until I had enough.
One of the reasons I share memes is because laugh changes our vibration and gets us out of the slump.
I give you the advice a pshycotherapist gave me: watch movies to laugh, change your words for more positive one. Don't engage in gossip. Others people life is none of our business. Question your mood, is there something that horrible happening in your life for you to feel miserable? Like no food, no work, no friends, no family, no house, no money to survive? If the answer to this questions is no, you have enough! So why sad?
By laughing and choosing to be happy we change our DNA!!! Same way if you cry all the time.
