Being off major cex means no paper monero
Being off major cex means decentralized tools developed out of necessity
They don't understand that this is Monero biggest (store of) value proposition.
Those who think we will need CEX in the future don't really believe their own Bitcoin maximalists mumblings.
It's either a medium of exchange or a medium on exchange. Can not have both.
