First attempt at roasting my own coffee beans. Might have overdone it a bit. Anyone else do this? Looking for tips. 🙏 #asknostr #coffeechain

Use the same amount of beans, same heat, vary the time, you will settle on an ideal recipe.
if you think your burning them it’s probably ok. I like light roast and have under roasted only like 2 times
