We already have a 10002 list showing which relays people use and trust. Maybe we can add a special flag, but that’s it. Start publishing unsigned notes and you’re good to go. Notes can still be signed after the fact if you want. Kind 10002 lists are actually more resistant than Pubky’s DHT as they can be distributed through any channel, not just a single defined method. Mainline DHT traffic can be detected and blocked.
