This is an excellent point that I've seen in other context.
In this context specifically, have you run into problems with the simplified systems? Can you give examples?

Doing anything that doesn't involve the GUI is just harder. Also if you change the docker configs to be custom, they're just changed back any time you update an app and you have to change it again.
