I think your fifth point is not actual sentiment but reality. There aren’t enough nodes. To defend #bitcoin against code changes that weaken it. Such as Core v30. Which made Bitcoin lose its panacea status as being immutable….

Node count has indeed been a concern. Currently, there are 12,331 active nodes, a 12.5% decrease from the 2021 peak of 14,113.
There should be millions of nodes. One on every iPhone and android. Integrated with a wallet app or something. Instead of breaking #bitcoin these Devs should work on that. I will also try, maybe using AI, I’m not a developer (yet :)).
