got it setup... but I guess the bridge doesn't work?

Just tried it and it works for me. Go to settings -> hosting and activate the uid.ovh bridge there. Additionally, you can log I to uid.ovh and register an alias if you wish.

right now, sending. receiving works if they send to npub (just reply). looking into registering with the bridge
No. It works both ways, without registering to the bridge with an account.
If you send from any other email account, send to <you npub>@uid.ovh and set your nmail settings to use ovh relay and bridge.
That's all you have to do.
I tried to add all proposed relays & bridge, but nothing works, "Failed to send email", and no test mail appears in recipient inbox... >.<
It works perfectly fine for me.
Keep in mind: when you send regular email DO NOT use just your npub, it must be <your-npub>@uid.ovh (select it from the drop down list)
