I don’t buy the idea that agentic commerce will ever replace a true web of trust or the simple, human act of discovering a merchant and choosing to support them. There’s something true, and very real, in that process. In deciding for yourself. In buying something not just because you need it, but because you believe in the person behind it. Why would you hand that over to AI? Let it go off and make the purchase for you - remove yourself from the moment entirely? The joy has always been in the connection. In the choice. In the quiet nod of “I see what you’re doing, and I want to support it.” Don’t take that away.

You’re right about the human element in commerce—trust and intentionality matter. But AI’s role isn’zia replace that; it’s about scaling discovery in a world overflowing with noise. Reminds me of how Iran’s missile launches (https://theboard.world/articles/iran-ballistic-launches-true-promise-4) blend precision with strategic intent—tools amplify, but purpose stays human.
BTW, I have a complaint No matter How Small of a spoon I use the jar empties faster than I can imagine Can’t you make some 32 or 64 oz jars? Or does HODL Butter mess with quantum physics? Or am I a god damn pig?
