Tomorrow is my 1st appearance to contest and schedule my trial. Its exciting to say the least. Wh00t!! This ticket is, in fact, a 'moving violation' with a fine of $327.50. I was curious, so I looked into it retaining a lawyer I know. It would have cost me $200, and the chance was a 50/50 depending on what kind of judge is drawn. I'll take my chances solo and will win. Why? Because I will be speaking on my own behalf, with clarity, conviction, and poise.
