Over the last month they’ve been pressing buy button on Strike and it just keep circling back to the buy screen the app doesn’t do anything and support keeps saying to them to send the error but theres no error just an app that keeps cycling back. The apps updated. These people are in Australia and need assistance.

A few months back I had bought bitcoin from Strike and I had my account frozen due to compliance issues. Nobody from Strike clearly explained to me what was going on after multiple emails from me requesting an explanation and that includes you nostr:npub1cn4t4cd78nm900qc2hhqte5aa8c9njm6qkfzw95tszufwcwtcnsq7g3vle - I sent you a polite email asking for clarification but I didn’t get a response. I appreciate you’re busy but it would have been good to have been acknowledged. I admire everything Strike is doing and what you personally are doing for Bitcoin Jack - this is just my opportunity to give feedback since it was raised 😊.
