I guess because every time you spend Sats, and the receiver keeps them or uses them to buy goods, you create a positive feedback loop and you actually improve Bitcoin. On the other hand, if you only spend fiat you stay in the very same environment that Bitcoin wants to substitute.

Yep, agreed... but people say some bitcoiners are not using btc, so if the artist or business only takes btc payments, it is loosing sales. Why do they prefer to spend in fiat?

Whenever I see people discouraging the use of BTC I consider them traitors. I offer to pay in sats a lot, even when I know I will get a laugh at best. People tend to stop laughing years later. I want the people around me to be into bitcoin before everybody else. On a family and friends level but also on a community level. Spread the word. Spread the sats.

Me too... that´s why I only take payment in Bitcoin for my art. But I´ve seen people saying that Bitcoiners aren´t spending in btc rn, so that Bitcoin only business or artists are loosing sales because of it... and I don´t understand that 😅
