I've been having notifications issue since the Cloudflare outage. I've found that disabling notifications, resstarting the app, and then re-enabling notifications sometimes fixes it. Even when it notifications work, they're extremely laggy (hours/days). Not complaining. Primal is impressive and has a great UI/UX. The notifications are the exception.
