I think there is a relay out there that only archives and keeps posts that people ask to be deleted. Can't remember where I heard this, but it makes sense.

I did see a bot like that once, posting deleted comments. However, ultimately someone needs to maintain that, probably quite easy right now but if we get a lot of users at some point that will become increasingly expensive.
True, but my point is that it can be done. And sending a delete may actually increase chances that your note gets kept long term 🤣
