Would definitely have to have a rocket mass heater and double walls. And it’s hard to keep water in liquid form here in the winter when on the land. Just researching models this past year that my girl is in college, and getting out of town soon after. Trying to stay in town and keep things kind of predictable till she finishes. But your place looks like about the best place a kid could possibly grow up.
