they could go after relay operators since they store the nostr "notes"
but since anyone can run a relay....
a lot like btc or xmr node infrastructure i suppose
I agree, Hosts of relays, images and videos can be attacked. They are located in different countries though.
We have some large relays that could be taken out but new ones would show up. Some would move to TOR.
What differs from Bitcoin is, that the data is not automatically distributed to all nodes/relays. Therefore I would say it’s not as distributed as Bitcoin is, but pretty well.
Seems like a similar situation to torrents and p2p file sharing. Practically unstoppable.
