I agree, Hosts of relays, images and videos can be attacked. They are located in different countries though. We have some large relays that could be taken out but new ones would show up. Some would move to TOR. What differs from Bitcoin is, that the data is not automatically distributed to all nodes/relays. Therefore I would say it’s not as distributed as Bitcoin is, but pretty well.
