Do you currently only see the tabs “Chat,” “Contact,” and “Me”?
Yes, correct
In the Chat tab, tap the Moments button at the top right, choose “Move to Tab Bar”, and see if four tabs appear — then check if that solves the issue.

Ahh, yes. I held down on the moments icon, and it gave me the 'move to tab bar' option and now four options appear. Looks like before, seems to work now 🙂
