Agreed. I am no lover of shitcoins, but the SEC as an institution, is unconstitutional to begin with because they have created their own court sytem separate from the judiciary branch. Big no no. They will be smacked down in time.
I will never understand why any Bitcoiner would stand with the SEC, the enemy of an enemy isn't always a friend.
