I like this one. The biggest problem I see is that the analogy is hard to map to reality even for me, but maybe it will work for some people. It needs some (short) accompanying text. Would be nice to have prettier letters in nicer colors too.

lol, yeah criticism accepted. The analogy is a bit weird. I’ve personally never been to a food festival where you give the vendors recipes 😅. Maybe ill take another crack at it
What about this one instead: Imagine musicians wanting to get their music albums into different local record stores. Here's how the analogy goes: - The musicians (users) can approach any record store (relay) they want to showcase and sell their albums (events). - They can choose to distribute their albums (events, sent via a client) to multiple record stores (relays) to ensure that their music reaches a wider audience and to mitigate the risk of one store closing down. - Music enthusiasts (other users) can visit different record stores (relays) to search for specific albums (events). Alternatively, they might just want to explore all the albums (events) available from all musicians. - Each record store (relay) can determine its own criteria for accepting albums (events) based on certain conditions, for example music genre (type of event). Some stores may freely accept and sell albums, while others may require a fee or provide longer-term storage for the albums. - However, musicians can bypass any censorship by sharing their albums with multiple record stores (relays), ensuring that their music is still accessible even if one store chooses to restrict it. - This ability for musicians (users) to simultaneously distribute their albums (events) to multiple independent record stores (relays) guarantees their music's overall availability
I like the analogies. But I don't think they are good to explain concepts. I personally only like and appreciate analogies for things I already understand.
