90% + of people in Bitcoin are against spam.
(I could say 100% are against spam, just 10% think jpegs is not spam)

You think we have to try very hard to stop the spam asap.
Most Bitcoiners (I hope :D) think spam is temporary and we should not waste time on spam. We should defiantly NOT risk contentious soft fork because of spam.
We should scale Bitcoin so that monetary transactions price out the spam.
If monetary transactions can't do that, we have lost anyway.
People who are against spam on Bitcoin run BIP110 and also run Bitcoin Knots or older versions of Core to filter out big data OP_RETURN spam and keep their mempool clean. Although the compromised Core devs refused to fix inscriptions spam so even recent Core versions before the malware Core V30 are not optimal. Its fixed in Bitcoin Knots.
