Five officers can't manage to arrest the man? What kind of training/education do these officers have? I think the US have a big problem, but the state is doing what states always do. This is of course intentional and calculated. Just like in Europe. Only (still) without obvious police violence. Apart from Covid protests.

The state initiates such incidents in order to be able to crack down harder bis own people. As a libertarian you recognize the same patterns.
