All political philosophies can claim it, but only the coherent one can claim it truly.
Reality is an ally only for the honest. Because the truth is borne out to each individual over time without intervention, everything that happens is a potential match for what a trutheller has predicted. A thing stands against time by virtue of its fidelity to what is real and true. Conversely, the liar depends on chance, or an ever more vulnerable, centrally myopic, selfishly engineered agenda, inevitably distorted by the mind that made it.
