That's due to an actual scarcity of goods and services pushing up their prices, not monetary expansion. I don't know how the ECB can prevent that. They can't print oil and wheat and SSD cards; only euros.
Even with the German and EU debt bonanzas and Trump chaos, the 10y Bund remains below 3%...
