Until electro-cyber domes are put into place, encoded logic will be systemically insecure. Back in 96 hardly anyone knew how to code, these days, cybercrime is the third largest economy behind the US and China, and expected to 10x over the coming decade. I invite everyone to read section 5.8 of this PDF and I challenge those of you willing and capable to come up with ideas on how to properly implement the proposed electro-cyber dome security system.
