Human rights are not given by states. They come from God himself and can’t be taken or given. Privacy, Freedom, Property Rights, are Sovereign Rights Independent of Government. Notice that Atheism, Communism and Socialism oppose this kind of rights above governments because they affirm humans are just chemistry, smart monkeys, or just brain power. They don’t believe in an eternal soul, or a Creator God. Faith matters immensely for your Freedom.
