Caffeine just lightly blocks aderosene receptors, and releases norepinephrine which increases beta waves and shortens P300.
Theobromine targets the same receptors, but in a much weaker form, and significantly improves mood.
Psilocybn binds to seratonin receptors, triggers hallucinations, rewrites your DMN and rewires connections between your neurons.
At best you could argue that regular caffeine exposure significantly increases the tolerance of your aderosene receptors, and makes you dependent on it, but the effects are not on the same planet.

It is a friendly debate and just happens to be a specific hang up of mine given the culture of severe stigmatization that we all live in. To be honest, I actually thought you were going to say you didn’t drink caffeine either. I’m kind of jealous of people who don’t.
