This is an algo, similar to Google’s PageRank, that takes follows and mutes (and reports and zaps and whatever other data becomes available) and spits out a list of pubkeys that does a very good job of filtering out the bots and other bad actors. But the list includes many high-quality pubkeys that are missed by more simplistic WoT methods.
