If I’m gonna be a West Virginian someday, I figured I’d better learn to make pepperoni rolls. I think I hit it out of the park… These homemade #sourdough Tomaro’s-style pepperoni rolls were absolutely amazing! I call them Tomaro’s-style because that is the only place I’ve found that uses sticks of pepperoni instead of slices in their rolls. I used actual pepperoni, a harder salami, and Polyface farms pork snack sticks. All were good; the pepperoni was best and the Polyface snack sticks were also fantastic. #baking #ferment #WV #grownostr

My big concern: West Virginian? Come check out central and southeast Missouri. Specifically the area just south of Farmington, MO. Arguably some of the most beautiful land in the country.
