These homemade #sourdough Tomaroβs-style pepperoni rolls were absolutely amazing!
I call them Tomaroβs-style because that is the only place Iβve found that uses sticks of pepperoni instead of slices in their rolls.
I used actual pepperoni, a harder salami, and Polyface farms pork snack sticks. All were good; the pepperoni was best and the Polyface snack sticks were also fantastic.
