Accepting that Jay vibe-wrote this and that it’s a work in progress, it may be the only thing of value (for me) that came out of learning about all this on-chain zapping shit. Conceptually, this has enormous potential for real-world corporate governance and litigation avoidance/mitigation.
Well done Jay. Now read what you vibe wrote and make it better.

Aye aye captain
The NIP as it is is pretty good tbh. It would be better represented as software.
@Gigi could it be something positive might come from this on chain zapping mania??!
That's funny because he said no one should read it 🤭
I'm a spiteful man, sorry.
Bummer but he’s probably still ornery about the on chain zapping, this is so much bigger than that.
Ain't that just how it is. Take a real principle and make a retarded showing of it, and people dismiss the principle itself.
I just met with my transactional guys to start discussing this.
Who are your transactional guys? Or rather, what are they?
The lawyers that deal with papering/advising on corporate governance.
Oh sweet. Well I hope they found it interesting
They do. You and I have much building to do. Maybe we’ll even make some money from it. I have ideas.
Man well I'm glad you're in the know in a field where this might actually be useful. I appreciate you.
I appreciate you Jay!
you also shouldn't read Softwar
Not even once 🙅
