Yes the facts are important. Not sure it makes the UK look any better though. FCA registration means the FCA will decide what you can say to UK citizens.

Me, or anyone else not selling financial services in the UK are still quite free to explain and teach how multi-sig works.
Like I say, I’m not defending this, but it’s an important distinction.
