I know man, I wasn’t disagreeing with you either, only expanding on the point as it’s important people understand that entrenched sub-societies use society to reinforce themselves. So it does matter, it all matters - just as much as our inaction to knowledge of wrongdoing. Though I did agree with your statement of local government, but I’d express it as a component of Panarchism - trial governance at a distributed local level to stress test ahead of national scale. We still need nationalised institutions and security regardless of governance. I am a millennial - class of 93.
