If my bank ever paused withdrawals, even temporarily, I'd find a new bank immediately. 🤷♀️
In this case, I'm less worried (invested). But still, something to ponder.

Lol try withdrawing all your money from your bank at once. Also banks are not open 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Hmm. The bank may not be open, but I can spend my money 24hrs/day. Also, though I've never tried removing all my money at once, the reason I haven't is because it is FDIC insured.
Personally, I don't believe apologizing for your custodian is the best path forward.
