Some clients on #NOSTR like @Amethyst and @npub1n0st...k6h0 do offer a delete option where it sends a request to the relays to be deleted. Now does this guarantee your information removed everywhere? No. There maybe local caches floating around in the ether. Thanks @Derek Ross for that alpha.
