Would be nice to have a toggle to turn on notifications for when a follow starts streaming too :)
I see Yakihonne requested notification permission when I installed it but I haven't gotten any.

Agreed. I think part of the barrier to entry for some folks is the lack of ease of use/convenience that the bigger social media services have. Is it worth all the shady shit? Absolutely not, but some folks are willing to give up a lot just for that.
