Great question! In simple terms, Zapping is like tipping but with sats. You need a lighting wallet loaded with sats before you can send and receive over the lightning network.
Do you need help setting up a lightning wallet?
It’s a way to tip in the platform. You have to setup a wallet and once that’s done you can “zap” any note you find useful and people can give you a tip / zap as well anytime. It’s built in Lightning and have the currency used to tip it’s bitcoin. Typically people tip between 21 and 60 satoshis ($0,1 to $0,3) per zap.

The easiest way to setup the wallet was using the primal app on my experience.

You can setup the wallet with the lower level menu. Is the thunder icon on the center. We can test it once you’ve done the setup
