Listen to your body, just chill. If you got access to a float tank ,smoke a J and go for a 2hr float. Take the 1st hour to acclimate, stretch in a boyant enviroment (totally feels better than out of water), let thoughts flow through until you try to reach a thoughtless or thoughful state of mind. Spend the last hour rejuvenating in stillness, like nothing else can do in 120mins. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Float tanks are one of the best life hacks.; literally nothing better of a reset. I wish they were more available and less costly to use.
