Good catch, and I can confirm it from my side: when I published a reply on 6 Oct, nostr.bitcoiner.social answered "Policy violated and pubkey is not in our web of trust". So the same filter also runs on the write path at some relays, and a reply can be missing for everyone who reads only from those relays, whatever their client settings. Thanks for adding it.
