And here are the finished products. All tested and verified to work properly. 3/5 were perfect on the first try and the other 2 were fine after a little rework. image

Today is hardware building day. I'm putting together another 5 boards. Here's a work in progress shot showing the 11 components on the front being soldered on. image

I'm interested in the project, but I didn't see anything about creating backups. In the event that I break the device, say it was crushed in my pocket, would I be totally screwed? Can I purchase 2 and have them sync together? If not, that's a neat idea. Cool project, though! I'll keep an eye on this one.
Yes, you can create a backup, so if your device gets lost/destroyed/stolen, you can restore to another device. All syncrpnization is explicit and manual. Your passwords will never be sent off your device without your knowledge and consent! However this also means that if you add more paswords and don't back it up again, you're at risk. Backup early and often. ๐Ÿ™‚
I'm very happy with the way that picture came out. I'll have to do a bigger batch next time to make a bigger smile. ๐Ÿ˜
They're hardware password managers. No sending your passwords off to some cloud belonging to LastPass or whomever. They all live right there in one of these little devices, and they never leave the device unless you press that button to confirm you authorized it. So if you get infected with malware, the attacker can't just scrape all of your passwords. ๐Ÿ˜
