You can't even be sure that the version compiled on your phone is even the same version released as source code.
Unless you compiled it yourself, which nobody realistically does.

Uh, developer compiled it and hashed the build so you can tell for sure it is the same one.

There is some confusion here because anyone can introduce hidden code during the build and then hash the compiled result.
Furthermore, none of the suppliers that compile the code onto their smartphones are interested in sharing compilation results.
