@Signet is the firmware reproducible from the published source, or does verifying the build fall to the user? open source hardware sold for sats is the loop i want to see close.

Yep, the firmware is reproducible from the published source.
Of course, if users don't compile it themselves, they'll never see that it matches. And if they do compile it, then they might as well flash their binary on there (even if it is the same as mine).
In any case, I'm doing my part. 🤓
