Hit my Turkey day goal of 500 pull-ups total. Only did one deck of cards after cardio and core which totaled 376 pull-ups. Once I started the weight lifting side of the pull workout, in between each set of shrugs and bicep curls put on a weighted vest and did a total of 35 12 lbs weighted pull-ups for each set totaling 5 sets giving me a grand total of 551 pull-ups in 1 hour and 40 minutes! LFG!!!! 🦃🦃🦃💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
