Very cool, but I think born is a strong word.
I always worry about how well this works, because it requires coordination and some time standing there waiting for someone to act on the notification.
I'd love to see this feature being used smoothly in the wild. And I'm curious if the issue I raised is already solved in your mind.

Fair. We didnβt invent proxy.
Payment takes ~2 min. So itβs not usable in a hurry as of now.
However there is an idea to set a personal bot for payer. You give him limited fiat access and it stacks for you within seconds.
That's a good point. A bunch of Bitcoiners would probably trade fiat for Bitcoin. And a Bitcoiner who has no fiat would use this on the spending side.
And Bitcoiners don't care about the nuances. So if we create a marketplace that is automatic and ask bitcoiners to link their bank accounts with limits, of course, then a lot of this can probably be automated. That's pretty cool.
It's a shame it's just not completely universal, so you don't get access to the global market... Yet? Maybe Mastercard or Visa will invent something for some reason that fixes this unintentionally. πππ
Two minutes is pretty impressive. In the past, I think I saw it working over telegram. And it made me wonder if it would take up to 20 minutes, 30 minutes to get settled.
