You should deworm once every 3 months regardless ... if you have or dont. It doesnt harm you. It should be a regular stuff every single human does. When deworming your pets you have to deworm yourself too ...

With regards to cancer, sugars and acidic pH have a big factor. Yes cancer is parasitic. So, eliminate sugars, processed sugars especially. Cancer loves an acid ph, so if you have it, look into changing your diet to raise yours above 7.
