Love Loch Kelly, I was taught by one of his best friends. His writings appealed to me as being more technical for my engineering mind which Lyn might share 👍🏼

@Lyn Alden There is a retreat with Loch in Costa Rica in March of next year that I attended this year and highly recommend if you want to jump in at the deep end
