Where’s the LLM off switch?

It is well known that a super intelligent AGI can't be turned off any easier than a mouse could trick you into doing something that you don't want to do. It's smarter than all of us put together.

That’s a bit like saying you can turn off Bitcoin tho. You can turn off one server running an instance of the LLM, but if there are multiple copies & there running all over the place (like bitcoin nodes), you can’t contain it
