Alex had a nursery rhyme in his head when he was building this agent and it was a topic of conversation "around the office". But also our other assistant is a male, so it makes sense to have one of each? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We were on the beach when the idea came to him, inspired by the poem "Sally sells seashells by the seashore" ... however, he remembered the rhyme wrong and insists it was "Sheila". We took a vote and everyone decided he was wrong. But the name stuck 😂
