The problem is all apps sharing the same NIP-65 relay list. Users should be able to configure their relays on a per-client basis. But NIP-65 is basically an exploit vector that allows users to DoS themselves, and many of them already have.

Which is perfectly fine... if you want to use nostr, without __The Nostr__. You've just given users free exit, while providing your best attempt for quality community curation.
