Is zap.stream a dead project? Just tried watching a few streams over there and most are broken (say they are live but you click and the stream has frozen or ended). Also cannot for the life of me work out how to stream from there. Any alternatives or else some kind of guide on how to set it up?

It’s been work greet when it’s online, but when it’s offline, it’s completely offline.
